My Garmin 305 has finally died so looking for a replacement. One of the features I really liked was the breadcrumb trail showing your route when running in a new location and trying to make up a circular route rather than 'Back to Start' retracing steps. Does the 630, 735XT or Fenix 3 or 5 watches have this feature or something similar?
Suunto Spartan seems to show breadcrumb route and now they have released software updates for it to sort out the initial issues has anyone any experience of that?
Had been looking at running watches and came across this during my research which may be of interest?

@Jolsa, that looks to create a route and download it before a run. I want to make it up as I'm out but get back to where I started.
I have a Suunto Traverse, use it for running and MTB. Breadcrumb trail is as you'd expect. Quite nice that you can zoom in and out from whole route 'map view' to sat nav style. I like it.
I have, however, never used any other kind of GPS watch for more than about 5 minutes. In general niceness it does get a favorable comparison to my Garmin 510 though
