Recently one of my friends from school ran 100km's on the school running track to raise money for help for heroes. He started at 5:30 am and finished at 12:15am the next day.

Our school has a club whereby running 250 laps of the track in under a year gets you into the prestigious 100k club and 500 laps for the 200k club.
In order to raise further funds he will complete the additional 100km's during the next week.

So far he has raised aprox £700! and myself and all of his friends are very proud of him! he is 17 and still in full time education so a huge achievement to run 2 marathons in under 24 hours!

I recently found this cycling jersey nad fought many of you will be interested:

they also have a variety of sports gear from football to cricket tops!

whilst I can not make you donate or buy these items I hope you do for injured servicemen and to do it as a thank you to my friend who ran.

Thankyou buddy we are all proud of you!

Good for you, and especially your mate. Running those sort of distances does take a lot (not to mention the amount of food). There are not that many people who have managed the 100km so he should be very proud of himself. I hope the collection goes well too.
