Good on Jiffy giving MoM to Wainright, rather than the number 10 of the winning side as with most pundits.
What a bonkers game - enjoyed it as a neutral - would have no nails left if I was a Scottish fan.
PS; AA, sorry fella, tough times.
Indeed, but getting beat by better teams isn't as bad as losing games we should win.
The Welsh pack that rinsed Scotland second half was what Wainwright, Mann, Reffel, Jenkins, Teddy Williams, Asserati, Dee and Domochowski who played the full 80....that's a rank bad pack and the played scotland off the park second half....
Yeah, but not as much as we played of the park in the first half, plus; wainwright MOM? 😀
Anyone else think the Turner yellow was rough?
Wales played very well against 14 men. 😉
That said, how many penalties? Ouch
Wainwright is a very good player, Reffell is decent the others are either kids or not very good.
Ioan Lloyd did well as did Winnett, he in particular looks to have a big future especially if he can add a bit of muscle. Tomos Williams has to start next week as well.
Rowlands will hopefully be back next week as well as Gareth Thomas and North.
Ireland U20s win in France. Cracking game.

RIP Barry John – ‘The King’.
The first rugby player I remember.
Anyone else listen to Rugby Union Daily with Sam Warburton, he always comes across so well, he has a great attitude and is one of the best people to listen to as he is balanced in his comments.
wales team released early (yesterday)
Wales team to face England: Winnett; Dyer, North, Tompkins, Adams; Lloyd, Williams; Thomas, Dee, Assiratti, Jenkins (capt), Beard, Mann, Reffell, Wainwright.
Replacements: Elias, Domachowski, Griffin, Rowlands, Basham, Hardy, Evans, Grady.
good to see Gats has rewarded the players that made the impact (other than Domachowski) and surprised to see that he's favouring Hardy over davies for the bench - although gareth davies was pretty poor last week and is too slow to get the ball away

Must pick up the latest episodes. Normally listen to it, was there one in particular?
Garland quoted on been as saying Lloyd had a tight hamstring yesterday but trained today. That's Garland speak for his legs broken and he's out for 6 months....Cai Evans to ten 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
Also I look at that Wales team and think it's so shit I could cry but even worse I cannot really think of any better options 😥
Still it's only an game
I’ve always liked Warburton, as a player, captain and pundit. The same with Barclay. The antithesis of Jiffy.
Say what you like about Jiffy, but let's not forget, in terms of rugby ability those two are not fit to lace his boots and very few ever have been.

Now this should be a cracking game!!
Any predictions for this weekend?
I guess it should be all home wins - Scotland v France could go either way.
I was about to say a whole half of rugby without a Zander pen...and then.
Scotland to win if France cannot win a lineout
Poor last scrum , had great channel 1 ball and wasted it
Christ, have Scotland been training at the Saracens school of how be an annoying bastard! The celebrations are pathetic.
The celebrations are pathetic
I think if you start back slapping the opposition you should be pinged
A rather tedious game I’m afraid
Cracking try that
Classy 👍
Tight!
That's down!
Pray for TJ again
Should have won it well before needing that though.
I don’t think there was conclusive proof. They have to stay with the decision.
Should have been a try, but you can't blame the ref for his initial decision.
It is on the ground, but you can't see it on the ground.
An absolutely crap decision.
Scotland didn’t deserve to win, they were much too cautious in the 2nd half.
Got to be a try
As a neutral that’s the wrong decision. You could see the ball on the foot, then off the foot and down. tMO bottled it. What we want is the correct decision irrespective of stupid protocols.
Got to wonder what the point in having a tmo is.
Off the boot....can only go to the ground...try!
How do you know there isn’t a hand underneath it.
Or a catapiller?
But yes, one of the french players could have chopped off his hand and managed to get it under the ball which would explain why there was no arm attached to that hand so yes, you're right.
They have to change the question asked.
Benefit of the doubt to the attacking team. Any reason not to award a try?
Well Scotland, that was a bastard of a way to lose...yet ultimately I don't think we deserved to win.
That was a sore one to take!
I don’t think there was conclusive proof. They have to stay with the decision.
Agreed.
Those decisions are never given, happens to every team at some point.
Shame, Scotland played well again for large parts of the game.
Not sure I can face watching England v Wales, can't see Wales coming close today.
