Against my better judgement I watched Angels and Demons... and it was good in a cheesy sort of way. I especially liked the Vatican City cop cars.

I did however let out a groan when Cardinal Kenobi took off in the helicopter.

Angels & Demons is without exception the worst film I've ever seen.

I did however let out a groan when Cardinal Kenobi took off in the helicopter

You don't do full justice to the awfulness of that scene.

Ewan McGregor, playing a priest, runs from the vatican carrying a bomb that contains the higgs boson particle. He then flies the helicopter up into the sky where the bomb blows up.

He than parachutes back into St Peter's Square.

😯

I did however let out a groan when Cardinal Kenobi took off in a helicopter - followed by a cigarette?

HtS - have you got a bit of a thing for high ranking clergy and choppers?

Just thought I'd ask.

One very wet afternoon in Bangor, popped in to see 'Smokey and the Bandit' and really enjoyed it. I was seven at the time, but there you go.

Also think Dumb and Dumber is sheer class.

Zoolander - All my mates think it's awful but I like it.

Not an oscar winning film but I dont think it's meant to be!

"bad taste" isn't rubbish though. it's a classic example of no-budget gore a la "evil dead"...

Rawhead Rex (1986).

Plot - Set in Ireland, a particularly nasty demon named Rawhead Rex is released from his underground prison by an unwitting farmer.

An unmitigated shit-house of a film so rubbish that it falls off the bottom of the chart to somehow re-emerge sublimely back at the top. Superb because it was such a dismal turkey, and unintentionally hilarious.

All the best.

i love zoolander "ive got the black lung, ahem ahem"

My choice won the worst film of the year but i loved it, my mates hate it......

But mine is Freddy Got Fingered, I cried with laughter at several scenes in this film (reefers help)

I liked Bad taste too

the only film (and I used to work as an usher in a cinema, ie forced to watch films) which I can honestly say was without redemption, which i couldnt bear to watch again.........

was Mac and Me

it was a 90 minute macdonalds commercial made in the late 80s i think (i cant bear to google it) an ET copy, with set piece dance routines in Mcdonalds, the alien can only survive on a diet of strawberry mcshakes......
