@Kayak23 Was thinking about your intermittent problem. I know you've checked your relays, but...

Some relays can play up. They're relatively cheap. Consider replacing them all with their Bosch equivalent

Cheers. They're all changed to Bosch already as it goes. Have been since I bought the bike.👍 Got spare Bosch ones too.

I mean, I must have done 400-500 miles at the weekend and currently it's running beautifully so who knows?! 😊🙏

4th Grim Riders Himalayan Rally at the weekend just gone.

Based in Ratlinghope, Shropshire. This year was well over 100 riders, mostly on Himalayans but a few interlopers.

It's definitely not a competition, but last year I won with the most points collected from visiting a series of waypoints around the county and answering questions about some of the places. What you'd only know by having been to them.

This year, my tactic was to plan a route that tried to hit all of the higher scoring markers. These were 80 points and above.

The route was a long one of around 260 miles and I was out for 12 hours riding on some incredible roads with incredible scenery and a mixture of 'green lanes' too.

My strategy didn't work this year sadly and placed me 3rd highest scorer. Still not bad out of so many riders and many of them working in teams or pairs.

The bike performed beautifully the whole weekend despite all the issues I've had of late. I think maybe I've fixed it by accident because I couldn't find anything obviously wrong with it.

The first photo in the last collection...does the house have 'sky-hooks'?

Good work, enjoyed the trip? what rating tyres do you have for the off-road stuff? Cheers Chris (Cumbria)

It's the cafe at Stean Gorge and is cantilevered over the gorge. There are glass floor panels inside to stand on which is pretty cool.

Yeah the trip was great. Really good route with some fairly challenging climbs in places. Some of the trails over Yorkshire way are just crazy long. You can go for miles on the tops of these lovely hills.

At the moment I've got a Pirrelli MT21 on the front and a Motoz Tractionator Rallz on the rear.

They're wearing quite a lot now but a pretty aggressive combo when new. I found them horrible on the road though with lots of weaving in the slightest track lines in the tarmac. Scary.
