Is their any software that produces a route video based on a GPS file ?

You can do something like that in Google Earth

I used a piece of software ware that captures video and set up a tour using Google Earth.

Google Earth Pro has the ability to record a tour. Go To, Tools, Movie Maker.
It went free last year 😉

Thank you google pro works great for satellite views with terrain, i also found map my ride also does a nice video (not sat view) but still slick.
