A room is coming up for rent in a house share at the end of March in Cults area of Aberdeen. The landlord (not me btw, I'm just one of the other 2 housemates) will only rent to single working people over the age of 40. (refs required etc). The accommodation is basic but VERY cheap! It's in a nice area and is warm in winter! PM me for more info. It's not a scam and although it would seem that this is my first post, I was a member of STW but last posted about 3 years ago.
