Looks good for my 7yo, but my wife is suspicious of in game purchases. How money-grabbing is it? Do the milk you or is it all nice and optional and easy to dismiss?
Purchases haven't been a problem, but it does seem to cause glitches and slow running on the laptop.
Having googled more, it seems online abuse might be more of a problem.
I think it's ok.
My 10 yr olds play it a bit and the 7 yr old is nagging to have a go.
Did you find some negative reports?
my kids have it and they cannot do purchases as i have never put paypal or credit card into the account
Not an issue
They can speak to other people and never had any abuse
you can report abuse
They think it will be fine - one 9 one 11
Like Steam does, it hogs bandwidth ime.
My 8 year old loves it. No issues at all though I've had to refuse buying him robucks despite his desperation for them though I've shown him how to earn them by building games for others to play.
