Hi all,
Two of the heating elements on my Focus (Mk1 Zetec) dont work, Ive had a look at theres a tiny break (1mm or so) in each.
Anyone used something like this?

that's a lot cheaper than the stuff they sell in halfords, electrocure iirc, it works but it's a fiddly job.

stupid idea but could you celotape a bit of foil to make up the break.

I've used something similar from Halfords - it worked until I next cleaned the rear window. YMMV.
