Can anyone recommend an online supplier of top notch hardwood windows, I’ve bought an old house and every widow is a different shape/size and none of them are of standard dimensions. I’ve called by at a couple of local businesses but neither have bothered to get back in touch. Can anyone recommend a supplier or indeed tell me I’m making a mistake and I should hold out for someone local to show some interest.

For our place in the end I spoke to a carpenter I trusted, he pointed me in the direction of a woodwork shop he trusted & then he fitted them for me.
I also suffered with posh wooden window manufacturers not getting back to me, presumably 9 normal softwood sash windows wasn't a big enough job for them!

Sounds like the perfect job for a small joinery firm. Have you been firms advertising specifically as window firms?
