[Closed] Removing scratches from plastic lens

I have a very old lens for a pair or Oakley's which is scratched to buggery.
I've tried toothpaste, not happening.
I'm aware I may well destroy it with T cut or similar.
Just wondering if anyone had any success with anything?

Bin, replace.
Though I thought Oakley do a reasonable replacement deal or something?
Or if you scratch lenses easily, just get some Bolle safety specs. £6 a pair, decent enough, buy loads of them 😀
