We are about to remortgage, from a 3 yr fixed deal. I'm contemplating a tracker gif the first time. What do you have/would recommend? (£360k, 60%LTV, salary multiples fine)

What's the difference in current rate? Probably not much with rates at an all time low and over the next 3 years rates will only go up. Fixed given the current situation.

I'm toying with a lifetime discounted rate, currently 1.95%, set at 3.69 below the svr for life. It basically means even if there is a huge property crash I can continue. No early repayment penalties mean I can always switch again if necessary.
2 yr fixed running at just above 2%
