I've just installed nexus media importer on my nexus 7 then, due to a combination of fat fingers and touchscreen, managed to uninstall it. Now when I try to install it again it says there's an error. Its definitely not installed and I've received a confirmatory email. Any help greatly received. Thanks.

Dd you shutdown completely before trying your reinstall?

Yeah gave it a full shut down. In Google play it says it is installed even though it isn't

Clear the cache + data for the google play app.
