My down jacket needs a new zipper and a good clean. In the past I've washed down sleeping bags but in this weather its not an option to wash the jacket myself- so I'm happy to pay for a good job. Any recommendations for somewhere that can wash and replace for me. FWIW, it's a Mountain Equipment jacket. ME suggest WL Franklin and Mountaineering Designs- has anyone out there had any experience with either of these?

Franklin have washed several of our families down products over the years. They come back looking like new.
