I need the brightest strips possible in a 2m length for my shed.
Some of the stuff I've bought from Amazon barely glimmer.
Hit me with the good stuff please.

Are you sure you're not trying to run 24v tape off a 12v supply?
The really bright stuff is 24v.

If it's definitely LED tape you are after, I used this one to light a pantry and it worked pretty well:

Longer than you need, but can be cut down ( or just double up for more light?)
