Youngest has managed to damage a window, so can anyone recommend me a decent (as in honest, good quality) double glazing company in the Gloucestershire area? (Would need to be able to supply aluminium frame type.)

the only thing i can recomend is do not let safestyle anywhere near your house..... not much help really sorry....

Hi steelfreak. Aluminium glaziers a bit scarce these days. Try Glassfix (Abbeydale, Gloucester), JoeDan (Tewkesbury I think), or Stonehouse Windows. I think they still do aluminium although whether they can match profile or not I wouldn't know. HTH.
Roman Glass - Stroud have been recommended to me for replacement glazing units. Neighbours have used them.
Have used Joedan in Tewkesbury for doors, they do windows as well.
They were excellent.
