got a letter from my previous employer willing to hear my appeal after terminating my contract.....it's taken 5 months for them to contact me about this
anyone know if there are procedures regarding how long is reasonable to contact me, and any other advice would be good
had a look at CA but can't find much regarding appeals apart from "yes, you should be allowed to"

try the dti website perhaps?
