for europe, no sports cover needed, any good companies?
i use dogtag/europ assurance
sorted me out
atlas direct are good and cheap for annual policies
We use Nationwide BS, may not be the cheapest but we had a claim last year when the lad contracted Chicken pox 3 days before our leave date & we had no problems with the claim.
For me, insurance is not year about the cost, but if you need to claim, how the claim is dealt with.
enjoy your holiday
+1 for atlas
If its EU, just get an E111 (or whatever they are called now).
Look at taking out yearly cover if you are going on more than one trip. It´s not much more than for a week.
Snowcard is good for mountain bike insurance but do normal cover as well and have always come good when needed to.
EHIC is free (get it on-line) for medical cover but won´t cover lost or stolen items obviously.
yea i've got the EHIC, so just looking for cancellation and theft etc etc, it's only for a short trip though (4 days)
