I am sure someone here will have the answer...
Put our floor down three years ago and it is due retreating - got some bare patches developing and a couple of nasty scuffs (from where a child safety gate was sat for a while).
I am planning on retreating it this weekend with the same hardwax oil and will be lightly sanding but should I also clean it before resealing with some of this stuff? http://paint-centre.co.uk/maintenance.htm
Or any other recommendations?
