Oab_towers* is getting some paint and care, particularly the front door that swells each winter and requires a neighbour annoying slam to shut.
Undercoated in dark grey.
What RAL colour is darker - 5003 or 5013?
As ever online charts and pics are varied and unreliable.
We're looking for a really dark blue.
Also, has anyone used Zinsser cover all paint? Online reviews are good, means I can do door and railings in same paint.

5013 looks a tad darker* but you really are splitting hairs between that & 5003

No idea why I have a RAL swatch book by my PC, but since I do... They're pretty damn similar but 5013 is just a hair darker and a little greener. Both are pretty dark blue
Find the equivalent in RGB and the 0-255 values should enable you to tell.
If you have photoshop you can get the luminance value to accurately determine the brightest.
You may even be able to source the equivalent LAB values online and then it's the L for luminance.
