Ok, we was going to do a Turkey and Leek pie, but it turns out the Turkey is a write-off (Neck bag left inside :?)
So we have 2kg leeks chopped and ready to go...
We also have
c.1kg Gammon joint (cooked)
Potates
Carrots
Bacon
Ready roll puff pastry
and other general cupboard stuff
Any recipe ideas before the outlaw's start giving us grieve,
Was thinking simple; gammon, mash and veg or Ham&Leek pie???

I'd go for a gammon and leek thing in cheese sauce, topped with spuds and then grated cheese.

Gone with a Leek & Potato pie with a bit of bacon chucked in, with cold sliced Gammon on the side. I've had a few beers but I reckon it'll be good...
