I sold something on ebay on a buy it now, was paid by paypal, ive not sent yet and the buyer has asked for a refund as they didnt read the listing properly and didnt realise they were buying one of three, not them all.
Ive got no problem refunding, but can I cancel the sale so im not paying fees, and if I refund via paypal does that cancel their fee.
Like I say, ive got no problem cancelling the sale if the buyer isnt happy, but do want my fees covered.

Don't refund via PayPal, cancel the sale via eBay, and if the buyer agrees to this (presumably in this case he will) their payment will be refunded and you won't pay eBay fees.

How do I cancel the sale, and will paypal refund automatically?
