I'm flogging some bits on Ebay, and the current winning bidder has only been a member for a week, no feedback etc. I'm a little wary of getting stung/ripped off etc, and I wondered what's the best approach? Demand COD?
TIA

Same as anything, dont send the item until cash has cleared. Regardless of feedback.

I never send anything unless the funds have cleared, i suppose the old chargeback scam thing might sting you if its a lot of money though ?

How does the chargeback thing work? I'm a little wary after some bugger hacked my PayPal acct last week!

make absolutely sure that if they say they've paid you via paypal, that you go directly to your paypal account via your web-browser and NOT via clicking in an email they send you.
My GF was stung by this, she got a spoof paypal email & assumed it was real, but the money hadn't actually been sent to her.
