If you don't mind going out of Bracknell a few miles (let's face it, who wouldn't? ), The Old Hatchet in Winkfield is great for food and ale.

The Peacock on the Southern industrial estate is quite nice
The Courtyard in the middle of Wokingham (5 mins from Bracknell) has lovely food and a good atmosphere.
The belvadere arms in Ascot is pretty nice although avoid the soup.
The pub at Virgina waters is also pretty nice (just outside Ascot) and has a nice view of the lake.

yes, +1 for The Peacock. Does get very busy down there at lunchtime, so it's worth booking ahead.

Zero Degreas in Reading, or Glo is just arround the corner.

The Black Boy in Shinfield is pretty good.

Green Man in Hurst

Bird in the Hand in Sandhurst, does a really good burger

If you want either Indian or Italian food then good to Wokingham.
