Southwold is awfully common, donchaknow. Walberswick is where you should be.

The Bell is my pick.

get down to the Eels Foot in eastbridge- or the white horse in westleton, both really good pubs -- ale and grub wise and ambience

Ton -- The White Horse in leiston was good , back bar --non pretentious,Eels Foot a cracker, and the White Horse in westleton was top grub , and fine rums , ales as well-- The Red Lion in theberton was shite, so avoid-- many good pubs round that area, no need to bother with Southwold !

Ton, I have family and friends there.

The Bell is a grand place, booking advised though.
