i know there are a few people using PTGui for creating panorama's but i've got a series of photographs from a jumping session and a want to stitch them together so that they create a sequence shot like the one below for example. anyone know if you can turn the pictures opaque so that you get the profile of the jump matched up but can also see the sequence of the rider. or is there another piece of software that allows you to make these??

I did this with PTGUI:

basically get it to output individual layers, then load them into a photo editor one at a time, erasing the parts you don't want

stick it on a tripod, select burst mode, shoot, import pics to photoshop with layers and use layer masks (thats how I would do it anyway).
