Afternoon all
When I posted on Freds architecture thread last week some piccies of Manchester's quite surreal looking underground tunnels, a few people expressed an interest.
I mentioned they do organised tours. Well they're just anounced some new dates to go and have a look round. Here:
Its bound to be interesting. I've still not been myself, so intend to get booked on now to have a look round
That is all. Stand by your beds
A few friends have been, said it's great.
Going to go and have a look myself.
Can you bring a bike?
I reckon its BMX territory fella.
Keith Warrender, who wrote Underground Manchester has a new book out: Below Manchester: Going Deeper under the City. He did a talk on Saturday just gone, but I missed it 🙁
Oh, and have a search of the 28 Days Later site - plenty of shots from people "exploring" the tunnels and old streets of Manchester.
Just booked.
Then found this,

... which appears to be the same thing for less money. Ho hum.
Looks good. Shame its so friggin' far away 🙁
Shame
Not far e-bloody-nough.
