Bloody bargain at this price I reckon, I already own it though and paid well over this price.😐

Damn, I don't need a second one do I, I really don't?

I mean I could lose the other one, that does happen, right?😐

EDIT!

Only an extra £1 for 2 day priority delivery. By Evri mind you (same as standard is...) but I haven't got the gold coloured tool so...

Only logical to have a spare I suppose. Hell,I paid more then this for a pizza a few days back.😂

Thanks for that. Bought two.
A Topeak mini 18 was one of the first tools I bought when I started mountain biking , probably over 20yrs ago. It's outlasted every other biking related object I've ever had.

Ah this just cost me nearly £100 as I added some spare tubes for the road bike to get over £20 for free postage, then searched rest of the sale to get the extra £10 off sale items code to work
Not bought anything bike related (apart from some cheap pedals after previous one’s axle exploded mid ride) for about 12 months so was overdue a splurge

Topeak Alien 3(?) is the first and still only multitool I've ever had. Must be at least 20 years old now even still has the little chain hook and separate spanner bit even. It's a bit bulky though, one of them will go nicely in my little tool roll. 👍

6 Topeak glueless patches for £35 reduced from £59.80 the definite highlight, almost making me consider ditching tubeless so I have some use for them!

I'm guessing they are selling at much cheapness to counter the fact they are using Evri...surely the only reason to buy from them now is due to ridiculous cheap prices as Evri make sure you aren't guaranteed a delivery!

Been using one of these for at least 15 years. Gone rusty in a wet saddle bag countless times and a bit of wd40 brings it back to life. Was my main bike tool for a while when I had nothing else, it's built a fair few bikes. The chain tool has outlived every other one I've owned. Pretty sure it'll last at least another 15 years.

The newer Mini P20, compared to this Mini 20 Pro:

gains 10mm hex, T15, quick link tool, knife.

loses 2.5mm hex, T10, flat screwdriver, bottle opener, tyre lever.

Just delivered by Evri. TBF Evri have been pretty reliable for me. Maybe it depends on the chance of where you happen to live. It's DPD that is the black hole of parcels here.

Now - shall I replace my current "daily driver" multitool with this one which is smaller and has more tools but maybe more fiddly to use. Decisions...

Ordered on Sunday collected today from my local Evri delivery point. Ordered some gels as well but they are short dated which is ok for me. The gold one is £18.99 now

You'd think they'd be the same price at wiggle, wouldn't you (I've got wiggle+), but no, £20 more for the black.

Glad to hear someone got theirs. Fingers crossed.

Goddam! I paid full price a few weeks back. 😭

Only really a tenner or thereabouts.

I bought a parf system from Axminster tools at the cost of £200, then a few weeks later and part of their black Friday deals they reduced it to £150.

That was annoying.

Good psa, mines just arrived, however just noticed it has two 5mm hex’s and no 4 mm. The box and instructions show there should be a 4mm but seem to have ended up with none! Just a heads up in case this is why they are being sold cheaply! Will have to return.

Fair play to my local Evri driver, just turned up with mine @ 22.15. In response to WBC above all bits & pieces are as advertised.

It's really Topeaks problem, so send then a note of complaint. Maybe they'll send you a free xmas gift to make up for it.

Good suggestion, phoned TP customer services but no spare parts stocked and advised to return to CRC. Have ordered another one from CRC anyway as may get before Xmas and will deal with return in due course. Shame it’s the 4mm that’s missing as could live without the t10 torx or flat head screwdriver etc

Mine arrived but evri did their usual to confirm they simply dont give a rats about safe delivery.

I was out, so they placed it on my doormat, took a pic of the door and sent the automatic email - "Your parcel has been successfully delivered"

Anyone could have taken it and I'd be then stuck with issue trying to prove I didnt get it.

I'd love it if some company delivering to evri head office did the exact same thing. Their entire stock of office supplies left in the street and they get a 'successfully delivered' note to fine most of them have been stolen.

.

Thankfully I have a diligent neighbour who takes in parcels for me ''delivered' like this and thats now both of the only deliveries evri being the courier has delivered, the other was a new RS lyrik fork. They simply don't give a sh**.

My 3 have finally arrived (2 for mates to get the free postage!) Really nice, plus they all have the right hex bits 😀

Mine arrived but evri did their usual to confirm they simply dont give a rats about safe delivery.

I was out, so they placed it on my doormat, took a pic of the door and sent the automatic email – “Your parcel has been successfully delivered”

Anyone could have taken it and I’d be then stuck with issue trying to prove I didnt get it.

in fairness, this has been the way for a while now… if you live in a dodgy area you can either a) use an alternative delivery method or a different retailer who uses a more “premium” courier - both these options would no doubt work out a fair bit more expensive overall b) invest in some kind of secure parcel drop box thing. Probably not a terrible idea if you get lots of parcels! c) if you know you’re not going to be in, just have it delivered to a collection point instead of your home

Evri also provide decent options for specifying delivery points, neighbours & diverting parcels etc.

You can use it to remove the pivot bolts on tool itself so you can clean/ oil it, if required.

Evri say they're delivering mine to the local shop today. No notification yet though.

On another note, I ordered something from a firm in Cardiff.
Evri received it on the 14th.
Nothing since - still "being sorted at the senders local depot..."
