Nandi Bushell, class
Quite a line up there
What a great line up to pay respects and celebrate Taylor Hawkins.
Will be there in person and looking forward to it

Oh you bastard. How much did that set you back?
I'm fully expecting this to be a historical concert.
Nandi Bushell, class
Oh, her! Thanks for the nudge, I didn't recognise the name but I absolutely know who she is. That's excellent.
I had tickets to the Foos in London which cost me a lot more. That obviously got cancelled but when this was announced those who previously had tickets for 24 hours advance access, this I paid about £95 a ticket. I wasn't sure at first, kind of felt it wouldn't be the same bit also knew if was going to be a one off
Blimey.
I had tickets for Manchester, I don't recall whether we had the same offer but if we did I missed it. Enjoy.
I tried getting tickets for this for me and my daughter the second the tickets went live.
I knew it was a lost cause when my queue number was 70500!
@couger I think I might have had to register interest but can't remember. You ended up in a massive electronic queue but for once it was well managed and went pretty quickly.
It'll be interesting to see what format this takes
also had tickets & got the same offer, not actually that fussed though! I wanted to watch the Foos play, not all these other dudes 😂 (Although it would be cool to watch Brain May tickle the old axe in person, never seen him before.) I will get around to watching the stream at some point though, and I'm sure it'll be great.I had tickets to the Foos in London which cost me a lot more. Yeah it does sound like a real one-off, the kind of thing it'd be great to be able to say "I was there". Not sure about actually being there though 😃 Long old day if you've got a povvo standing ticket, plus how much will you actually be able to see at Wembley unless you fight your way right to the front?
Looks epic, I'll certainly be watching that (and probably a number of times).
Cheers for the heads up.
I also was far too late for tickets so YouTube in the living room it is.....
Top tip: watch out for The Struts, and Luke Spiller their front man who is rumoured to be performing with Queen... They are far and away the best British glam rock band you've never heard of (tho they're big in the USA) and Luke is the real deal. Us fans have been desperate for him to get together with Queen since, well, forever 🙂
@swdan
Agreed, would rather be watching the foo but am looking fwd to tmrw. Never got to see Queen so nice to see them 2 and hopefully there'll be some TCV too.
Bump.
Christ, it's heaving in there!
Dave is fully committed there
Wolfgang Van Halen.
Apple didn't fall too far from the tree now, did it.
Great so far. Some nice gear on show if you're a guitar/amp/bass nerd!
Enjoying this a lot. Got 8 mates up there today.
❤️ Supergrass
Brilliant! Love Gaz and the lads.
Never seen JPJ looking so relaxed.
Too short a set by TCV, I could have listened to them all evening.
Is it all going to be 3 song sets? Makes sense with everyone wanting to pay tribute.
I didn't recognise Justin Hawkins for a moment, but great so far.
My daughter (9, drummer) is impatiently waiting for Nandi. Could be a late bedtime!
Still in love with Chrissie
Chrissie is a bit frisky isn't she.

Took me a beat. I was thinking "is that his brother or... ah, oh, yes, right."
Had tickets. Caught covid. Had to sell them on last night. Gutted but at least it’s being streamed live.

I was wondering what Kesha was on...
Joe Walsh!!!
Not entirely aure Joe got the memo...
🤣. Nice PRS single cut though
Yeah, that was a looooong “song”… 😊
Nice PRS single cut though
His signature model
Prediction: closing song is "There Goes My Hero."
Na, Times Like These.
Load-out times between bands are bit of a downer between sets, at least when watching this at home. I wish they had more videos or anything playing during those.
Back in Black!!!!
Brian Johnson reinforcing my opinion of AC/DC.

I'm assuming it's allowing for ad breaks in other streams.
That was a great Jam, Lars going nuts on the kit!
Alex and Geddy@
Overrated twaddle
😂😂😂😂
Alex and Geddy@
Right? Bloody hell.
LOOK AT HIS LITTLE FACE!! 😁
Dusty in here.
Who’s drumming for the FF songs? I recognise him…
I didn’t recognise Justin Hawkins for a moment, but great so far.
Check out his YouTube channel, it's very entertaining
Taylor's bin man is pretty good.
Oh, here we go. She's grown...!
This makes me happy
Nandi was awesome. Roger’s lad can handle the sticks too!
I’ll go and make some Tea to avoid McCartney spoiling my night.
It's an awesome show, loved Nandi. Guess Macca was inevitable. Dave manages to pull off missing out more and more words each time I see him.
Lol. I'm exactly the same. Just switching loads in the washing machine
How is Dave Grohl still going. He's been playing for like 5hrs now and everything seems full on
OMG! His son is up next. How can he compose himself. Awesome!
My hero. Awesome.
Good god. He hits hard. What a thing to do.
Fully exposed. So impressed
Wow!
That kid might have just stolen the show for me
My favourite moment from a lot of great ones.

With you. There was a lot of great stuff but that lifted it
kinell.
Awesome! What a show!
Just watching a few bits I can find on YT, glad I caught the end of the show live though. That lad was killing it on the drum, superb!
A few evenings worth of good stuff to catch up on !!
Guess Macca was inevitable.
Has Hey Jude finished yet?
Has Hey Jude finished yet?
S****
I didn't realise that Nandi is still only 12 and Shane is 16. Loving that they had equal billing with the established stars. Just seems to fit the evening
There's a US concert in a couple of weeks too
I liked that it wasn't Just Because. Shane, Wolfgang, I missed the intro but was that Roger Taylor's lad? Could easily have had them up just for the sake of it but damn they could all play. There's a supergroup in the making there but 'The Offspring' has been done. 😁
Shane Hawkins must get through a hell of a lot of drum skins…
‘The Offspring’ has been done
Could take the “Wilson Phillips” approach… mash some famous surnames together? But yeah, amazing playing from all the young musicians. Shane’s performance was moving and full force at the same time… something special.
mash some famous surnames together?
Maybe 'Taylor Hawkins' would be a bit obvious though... 🙂
but was that Roger Taylor’s lad?
Yes. Drums for The Darkness.
No way! Justin Hawkins is a real Queen super fan, he must be absolutely made up about that.
