Never before has anything begged so much to be wired up to two turbo trainers with dynamos...

The flimsiest piece of crap ever to come out of the scalextric factory. I paid full price last christmas and it lasted a few minutes before the clip on bikes fell off the motor thingies! It's not worth £1.99 never mind £19.99. Apart from that I think it's great.

You will be bored of it before it breaks and it will break in 15 minutes.

They did try to incorporate a Victoria Pendleton rider, but the 'real working tears' feature didn't mix well with the electric track!

Saw one set up in a store locally, i was bored before i even tried it. There is not even any lane changing mayhem!!!!!!
It just made me picture an odd scene;
Enthusiastic friend - 'Hey we're are going for some drinks at Keith's tonight, you coming? He's bike Keeraazzy like you are...'
Me - 'well, I just like riding bikes really, is that Keith with the beard?'
EF - 'Yeah, he's got the park tools pizza wheel and the new Scalextric Veoldrome'
Me - 'Will he be wearing those hilarious ****er sausage bike socks?
EF - 'probably'
Me - 'I won't bother then.'

Received one from my father for my most recent birthday. It's still in the box. Can't bring myself to go through the inevitable breakage and then feel guilty for my Dad having wasted his money.

Will go in the loft....

Nowt wrong with Park Tool Pizza Wheel, it'd damn good for slicing pizza!

They did make a loo roll holder once too, also great at holding loo roll.

If they'd made the scalextrodrome it'd have been awesome, I bet.

Poor show, that's the small corkscrew. 3 of my mates have got the big one, 100 quid + a shot
