Went on a trip on the Waverley years ago, organised by the company I was working for at the time, it was great fun, and rather wonderful being on such an old and interesting boat. Sadly no photos, I didn’t have a camera at the time, and smartphones weren’t even though of, let alone available!

Went on one last May from Tobermory, around Ardnamurchan Point and then up Loch Sunart. The one before that, a Doon the Water cruise from the Broomielaw about 1976

I was booked on it but it was cancelled, I think after it hit the pier. Then we couldn’t make new dates work and the voucher we were using expired.
