Just phoned them up to reduce our package because it was getting a bit expensive and we don't watch that many movies.
They dropped the price by £9.00, down to £36.80 for 6 months with no obligation once the offer period was up. This is only 30p more than the stripped down package that we were going to switch to.

They have done that for me in the past a number of times. I think its because they hope you will forgot after 6 months, when the price goes back up to what it was originally, to call back and go for the stripped down package.
