Retro style, good value IMO:

Great PSA!These'll do for weekends & day trips.
Rats ate my Lowas at a mates house.
I had a pair of these, paid £40 last year.
I'd say they are more a casual day to day fashion boot than anything comparable to Merrel's other offerings.
oooh, I had them *back in the day*
Winter dog walking boots ordered
Gah, was it you buggers that bought all the 12s? 😈
Sadly,IME it feels like the better quality Merrell was 'back in the day'.
It's all gone a bit Karrimor.
I've finally given up with all these trainer style lightweight walking boots for around 50 to 95 quid. They all seem break or let in water after a month or so, and the soles are too flexi.
Just bought myself a pair of vibram soled neoprene wellies instead (sportpursuit are doing hunter for 50% off) I reckon they will do better for winter walks

neoprene wellies are great for the winter dog walks - fishing shops do some great ones for the £25 mark.
thanks for the PSA - not in my size by i ordered up some CAT boots with over 60% off.
Had a pair of these when I worked in schuh but I paid £4.25 for them
Thanks to the OP I got my pair yesterday. Tried them out on the 1 mile walk to the cinema to watch Dunkirk. Very comfy. Cheers 8)
