These things,

quite handy to ride in if you have a metal strap that criples your wrist if you try riding in that.
Anyhow, not to everyones taste but they are £1.99 in Home Bargains (found by the tills)
Does anyone really pay so little for a watch?
what do you suggest, drop a grand on a piece of bling that makes you look like a phone salesman?
No, but the watches can't be up to much, can they?
Is bling something that doesn't appeal to your tastes?

I suspect if you want a watch to tell the time rather than demonstrate how well off you are, how advanced your tastes in wrist jewelry are, how sophisticated you are, then yes, people do pay so little for a watch. 🙄
They're still not worth that much....
No, but the watches can't be up to much, can they?
It tells the time, probably and famously, rather more accurately than the usual Rolexy style wristy things..
They look good, I'd get one if I lived near one of those shops.
If anyone else is getting one would they fancy picking me one up in not-pink?
Or are they on the website and I just can't see them bland?

No so Blackadder. My daughter had two ... they were appallingly poor timekeepers, even more than my mechanical Swiss watches. I was genuinely astonished - I always thought quartz watches either worked or didn't.
I think not for these, and on so many levels.
they do wander off time in the most bizarre fashion.
I use these for rides without the garmin, cheap last me about 12 months.
And has anyone actually tried changing/setting the time on one of those ugly buggers? It's impossible.
Given that my first digital watch came free with £10 of petrol and lasted for 4 years, I call bullshit.
My fiance wanted one to wear to the gym but the thing was useless. It kept randomly resetting. Not worth having if it came free in a pack of cereal in my opinion.
Look just like the one in Primark for £1.
I liked them as cheap, light, comfortable watches, but they don't keep good time - i won't bother again. 99% of the time, there's a mobile phone in my pocket, so don't really need a watch too.
I had one of these breo watches, more a random number generator than a watch! 🙂
I had one for just messing about in,it was a bugger to set,I couldn't actually read it properly and it took me about a week to trash it, and I'm usually quite happy with cheap watches.
I wouldnt have one of them thrown at me. most returned item when I worked in a shop that sold them.
