This Ludlow just now

My daughter just took this from our front door step in Norfolk.

Certainly more subtle in South Manc. Last two looking south west

Red here in Bedfordshire
Warwickshire

Can see it in the north downs even with the London glow which is nice
Stunning here in mid-Wales.
Definitely a red glow looking north from Dudley…unless Cannock is ablaze…

Naked-eye visible in Worthing area tonight in spite of some cloud too at the moment
Recommended settings on phones ? - just using the night mode on a Samsung S23 Ultra, so it decides exposure time - 3-6 seconds - Could go for the pro mode and set it manually.
My Pixel 6 on Night Mode will attempt a 6s exposure if you can hold it steady enough. Put it in a tripod/mount so that it can't move at all and it'll do a 4 minute exposure.

unedited from a Bedfordshire back garden. Really pink to the naked eye
Really clear in Sussex! And very happy cos I missed it last time.

mid Derbyshire.

Full on in Suffolk apparently
Leafy South West London not really getting the show...

Renfrewshire

Occasional red streaks to the naked eye in Shifnal. My phone app seemingly doesn't have a Night mode
Can definitely see it in Suffolk, even without getting out into the sticks.

Double post
Carmarthenshire says Yes!
First time I have ever seen them.
Same. 60 years old and running round the garden like an excited kid!
Houns - that’s a brilliant pic! If you play around with it and make it even more vivid it looks nuts

First time for me too in almost 60 years. Was beginning to think the hills were preventing us from ever seeing them. And then BAM.....

The disturbance levels have passed 1400. That’s crazy, they were 900 or so earlier this year’s, that’s way higher than I’ve ever seen
Makes for good viewing though

Visible with the naked eye here in Chester. Can’t believe how clear it was.
