Anyone know anything about PPL (Phonographic Performance Limited) and PRS (Performing Rights Society)?
I seem to be getting a letter or a call a day from both of them demanding money from my business. I can’t find anything online that defines what’s right and what’s wrong here, other than what they themselves publish.
Does anyone actually know what constitutes a breach of copyright and what is a public performance?
