Bought my Direto and Lezyne GPS from them before pandemic, no complaints with dispatch and delivery after order placed.
I've also found them good with returns as well.

Spend a fortune with them. Last order I made turned out I didn’t need it, however they took it back despite being well outside the returns period

Been using them since they started, 15+ years ago & never had a problem - now Owned by Hut Group who own a whole host of e-commerce businesses. Not as good as they used to be and expect to be spammed incessantly.
If it doesn't say dispatch in 24 hours, it can be (or seem like, when you're waiting for new kit? 😉 ) a while before things appear, other than that, all good 🙂
Got power meter from them. Delivered quick, think they are part of a much larger multi brand retail co but could be mistaken.
It’s the same company as Cult Beauty and MyProtein amongst others - handy if you need some lippy to go with your new Ti seatpost.
I have used them a few times and always had quick delivery. I did have one issue with a power meter I had to return for a warranty repair. I sent it back, and when I chased them a week or two later they had no record of receiving it, luckily I had sent it with a proof of delivery. The signature and name was a bit vague, but eventually they did just refund the money for the power meter. I have used them since, but if I had to return anything I would make sure there was proof of delivery.
sell so far so good, its on its way to be delivered tomorrow and around £180 cheaper than the only other shop that had one in stock (Reverb seatpost).
