Got given a lovely photo printer for my birthday (Epson PX710W) and i want to know how i get colours to match.

My screen is profiled using a Spyder 3

Camera is set to sRGB and this is the colourspace i work with for RAW conversion in Lightroom/PS

Is there a way of telling PS to print using the printer's ICC profile?

There are colour settings in both the PS print dialogue and in the printer's page setup window. I can set the printer to make no colour adjustments or i can set PS to allow the printer to take care of it.

It's all a little confusing! The first print i did has a slightly green tint which i don't like, is it up to me to correct for this by eye? I understand that all printer inks are not born alike but surely i can get close?

Have you tried Bob Johnson at Earthbound Light, he usually talks pretty good sense:
