need some new specs and looking at oakley crosslinks, but with normal super thin lens not gen oakley ones as my prescrition is too strong for oakleys.

just wondered if anyone ever bought anything from rxsport as they seem pretty good, not the cheapest though, or could recomend any other site.

cheers

Give these people a call: http://www.simplyspecs.biz/index.php
I've had several sets of glasses and sunglasses made up and re-glazed by them, and, IIRC, they do distance stuff, if you have an existing prescription. They're particularly handy for me, 'cos I can walk to their unit in five minutes!

I've bought prescription Oakley's from RxSport, however they were of the standard variety made by Oakley. No issues with RxSport, everything went perfectly.

I got some Crosslinks made up from RXSport the other week with non Oakley lenses. Very quick turnaround and happy with frames, lenses and service. It's the second pair of Oakley framed glasses I've had from them over the years.
