As per the title really, i think there was someone on STW that did glasses online?

I've just ordered myself another frame and would like some lenses in!

Jonathan

...that'll probably be me then...

You'll be wanting to have a peek here:

Glasses Direct reglaze

Don't forget to order a spare pair of glasses for yourself as I'm sure you won't be able to resist the price 😉

Can't do you a discount on the reglaze I'm afraid but mail me if you want a discount code to use against new specs (in the profile I think).

Cheers...

Fred/RudeBoy will be along in a minute to tell you that if you spend more than a tenner on your glasses then you are some kind of poncy snob.

pushbikerider
I put a massive scratch into a pair of glasses,
would I need to provide a prescription or would you be able to take it off the lens???
Dunno if you can do this, I know they did this in Hong Kong

Hi Guys,

Jon - depending on the rest of your prescription you might be just outside what we're comfortable dispensing (normally +/- 8 but it depends on your err, axis, I think) give the nice customer services peeps a ring on 08456 88 20 20 to check for sure...

Colande - that's right you can read a pair of specs, but we have to be squeaky clean and the reg's we work to mean you'll need a current prescription that's less that two years old. But the good news is that Specsavers often have a special deal on for £10 eyetests 😉

Liking the prices & some of the Bolles on there, might have to try 'em on somewhere in town before I decide though.
