Hi,
doing an overnight stay, wondered if anyone on here has stayed in a single room there? didn't even know they did them until i looked on the website.
Stayed in many, some are good, some are so-so, most are better than their price suggests.
Usually same rooms but just a single occupancy. Which city as we've stayed in many. As above some really nice some OK.
Never book a hotel room that you'd be ashamed of if you had to bring Anna Kendrick back to it for a drink.
That's the rule, and it's there for a reason.
🙂
Nope.
Stayed in loads for work, always book a single, always get a double with only one set of towels.
Not sure if they actually exist or not...
I think the reasoning is.... Something might go wrong (over book, a room gets trashed, someone flushes a liferaft down the toilet, hotel burns down, etc) before you get there - and if that happened they'd need to accommodate you somewhere else. So the reason they (and travelodge and similar places) ask how many occupants, even though the rooms are all the same size and same price, is it helps them know what accommodation they'd need to find in those circumstances.
We stay in em all the time for work and as family. Never seen a single.
Always a double room. Si vis occupnacy tells them how many towels to put out.
Then they know if you ask for an extra set of towels, they may need to upsell you another breakfast. 8)
you can take your bike along now , as long as the wheels are clean.
