Anyone know roughly how much it would cost to post a frame, total weigh around 5kg (box and everything) to spain?
I usually use parcel force, but they are coming up with prices around £80, which is silly.

I posted a frame to France a year ago using 'parcel2go.com' but with parcelforce as the carrier (cheaper than going to parcelforce direct as a 'civilian') iirc it was £30 then, and they picked it up from my house.
