I need to post/ship a frame to Australia, can anyone recommend a good company to use - Parcelforce is extremely expensive....

Why would it be cheap - its halfway round the world !
I've DHL'd, FedExd stuff to/from NZ - expensive - but at least I know it will get there in one piece.
