recent question : When were you the fittest you've ever been?
ive noticed only 5% of people voting for the age of 40 and over ! yet i see many 'older' people out on their bikes...just thought that age group would have had more votes by now... 😉
its 'obvious' that the highest score winning at the mo is the age 20,s and over group.
tho i consider myself to be fitter now than when i was 20 ! over in singletrack land im proud to see the older age group out and about lots ! ..great motivation .
I reckon this summer I was the fittest I have ever been (I am 39) as I had stopped smoking, eating quite well and doing plenty of cycling. Oh, and my mental health was in pretty good shape as well.
Only downside was my continuing love affair with alcohol. However, I now recognise that I have to have at least one vice in my life 😮
