Where do they follow it? On twitter?

I've wondered what this means before, and i think it means that Police follow the van by GPS tracker, in the event that it's stolen/hijacked etc?

Or, should it really read;

Police, Follow this van?

Or the Van has it's own twitter account and Sting, Andy and Stewart all follow it.
