Can I use any concealed cistern with my wc or do I have to say £80 for the one the shop sells with it?

Normally comes with a pipe you cut to size and a rubber bit that fits in the pan. You should be able to adapt it .

Check with the WC manufacturer what height the cistern needs to be.

It is quite critical....too low or too high can result in solids being left behind!!

Other than the any concealed cistern should be fine. Also remember to mount it properly as they are quite heavy when full of water.
