Ok so i have done more than a fair bit of plumbing in my time... what are your thoughts on this?

Small bathroom, sink waste, could i take the waste pipe below the floor boards for 1.2m and then come back up above and then out to the soil pipe.

Obviously all joints glued, i will be creating a "trap" or a sump?

Will it work

It will work bit not for long. The sediment will get left behind in the low sections.
Total bodge, you have now qualified to work on new build housing estates.

Hmmm, I think you feel as uneasy about doing this as I would. Technically it would work as you have created a trap. But in reality, in your own words you’ve created a sump.
Can’t you core the wall and fit a new entry into the soil pipe to keep it below the boards.
