Actually, we mostly like to go on this forum, argue about current affairs/social issues/other people's morals, buy some stuff from CRC or share a Wiggle voucher, ask what tyres we should buy. And then realise we haven't ridden our bikes for ages cos we've been spending all our time on the forum 😉

Weird how STW, Sidways Cycles and Outcast to name a few that I know of, all seem to have had web attacks recently?

Does make you wonder?

Well, it appears the Evilzone site has gone, so maybe Good has Triumphed over Evil?

The STW website, earlier:

Joepie91 posted on Bike radar the other day saying that the admins had voluntarily downed their own site to remove users (specifically script kiddies) who have no hacking ethics.

Ethics in hacking are a complex subject but it sounds like EZ are heading down a more responsible path. That's the sort of thing that builds a healthy, respected community of security specialists which from some of what I've seen on their forums is something they're keen to be seen as.

yeh, MTE ssc-900 Torch from dealextreme, $39 + another $20 or so for battery bar mount and charger, if all you want is blinding light for 60 minutes you can't go wrong.

Their 900 lumens claim is optimistic, more like 600-700.
