Google and our council website (Fife) have failed me, and the council planning department are not currently answering questions, so of course I'm asking on a bike forum....
I'm thinking of having a cor-ten steel panel made something like this made to our own design and attach it to our house. What I'm failing to discover is wheter this requires planning permission to install or not.
We aren't in a conservation area or a listed building...just a traditional 1880s stone villa.
Any ideas?

I wouldn’t have thought so unless there’s some weird rules in the deeds.
