Hello,
On Wednesday I am lucky enough to be taking a bike to the sun for a week (travelling by plane).
I have bought a train ticket to the airport (and back) and at the time of purchase they informed me that the first half an hour of the journey would be by 'coach'. This is OK, as I have taken my bike (in a bike box) on a coach from the station before (the line floods quite often).
I checked today on the coach situation as the timings are tight, and they now inform me that the coach will likely be replaced with a minibus. This is a problem because the guy at the station says that they won't let me take the bikebox on the minibus.
Where do I stand in this situation? Should they be providing a suitable service to transport me and my luggage (I assume my bike box fits into this category) to my required destination, or am I stuffed and it is taxi time?
Cheers, Jon
